lunch
salad:
micro greens
mini heirloom tomatoes
cucumber
hemp seeds
lemon juice
olive oil
pink himalayan salt
breakfast
24 oz green juice:
2 large cucumbers with peel
1 lemon, peeled
1 pink lady apple
parsley
run all ingredient through juicer.
strain to remove any remaining fine pulp.
stir in 1/2 t MSM crystals.
