20 oz green juice:
1 large cucumber with peel
4 stalks celery with leaves
1 lemon
1/2 bunch parsley
run all ingredients through juicer.
strain to remove any fine pulp.
lunch
singapore noodles
with 3 T
chia gel
breakfast
grapefruit juice with 1/2 t
MSM crystals
+
chlorella tablets
