lunch
salad:
cherry tomatoes
cucumber
fresh oregano, thyme, dill, chives, parsley
lemon juice
extra virgin olive oil
pink himalayan salt
snack
green smoothie:
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
1/2 cup young thai coconut
1 cup coconut water
1 T maca powder
1/2 t vanilla
apple mint
4 oz sunflower greens
combine all ingredients in Vita Mix.
