chocolate goji fudge
lunch
green smoothie:
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
3-4 large rainbow chard leaves
1 cup water
2 T
raw organic extra-virgin coconut oil
combine all ingredients in
Vita Mix
.
breakfast
carrot ginger cucumber juice:
serves 2
8 carrots
2 cucumbers
1 1/2" piece of ginger
remove skin from cucumber and ginger.
run all ingredients through
juicer
