best smoothie
from 'everyday raw' by Matthew Kenney:
2 cups frozen pineapple
1/2 cup young thai coconut meat
1 cup coconut water
10 fresh mint leaves
1/2 t vanilla
pinch of pink himalayan salt
breakfast
green juice:
1 grapefruit, peeled
1/2 bunch celery
1/2 cup water
blend all ingredients well in Vita Mix
