salad with olives:
romaine heart
micro greens
black botija olives
cucumber (from the garden)
cherry tomatoes
green onion
lemon juice
extra-virgin olive oil
pink himalayan salt

soft tacos with salsa fresca

walnut taco filling:
(recipe from 'rawvolution' by matt amsden)

1 1/2 cups raw walnuts, ground in food processor
1 1/2 t ground cumin
3/4 t ground coriander
2 T nama shoyu

combine walnuts, cumin + coriander.
add nama shoyu + mix well.

soft taco 'shell':
romaine heart leaf

salsa fresca:
1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
1/3 cup sweet onion diced
2 green onions, sliced
1 T cilantro, chopped
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 t extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 t pink himalayan salt

snack

lunch

rawtella + pili nuts*
with 3 T chia gel (not shown)

*the texture of these nuts is amazing - they really do melt in your mouth!

breakfast

24 oz grapefruit juice with 1/2 t MSM crystals + chlorella

lunch

20 oz green juice:
2 medium cucumbers with peel (unwaxed)
4 stalks celery with leaves
1 lemon, peeled

run all ingredients through juicer.
strain to remove any remaining fine pulp.
