2 large cucumbers with peel
1/2 bunch celery with leaves
1 lemon, peeled
4 oz sunflower greens

run all ingredients through juicer.
strain to remove any fine pulp.
stir in 1/2 t MSM crystals.

lunch





















singapore noodles*

sauce:
3 T macadamia nut oil
2 T Nama Shoyu
1 T lemon juice
1 t raw local honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T ginger, minced
3/4 t curry powder
1/2 t ground cumin
1/2 t ground coriander
1/2 t ground turmeric

wisk ingredients together.

toss sauce with:
12oz package of Sea Tangle kelp noodles (soaked and rinsed)
grated carrot
sliced green onion
chopped raw organic macadamia nuts

sprinkle with black sesame seeds and a pinch of pink himalayan salt.

*the noodles really soaked up the flavor making this dish very mild. next time i'll experiment with adding more spices.

baby spring mix
watercress
arugula

3 large leaves dino kale, stems removed
1 bosc pear
1 lemon, peeled
1 cucumber with peel

run all ingredients through juicer.
strain to remove any fine pulp.
stir in 1/2 t MSM crystals.

spring mix with sevillano olives, hemp seeds, lemon juice + olive oil

snack





















vanilla pudding with strawberries + chocolate mint

vanilla pudding:
2 cups young thai coconut
1/2 cup coconut water
1/3 cup raw organic local honey
2 T vanilla
seeds from 1 vanilla bean
1/8 t pink himalayan salt

combine ingredients in Vita Mix.
