3/4 cup frozen mango
2 T maca powder
1 1/2 cups coconut water
mixed greens (bok choy, collard greens, dino kale)

chocolate mulberry fudge:
1 cup white mulberries
1/2 cup raw cacao nibs
1/2 cup raw organic extra-virgin coconut oil
1 cup raw almond butter
1/2 cup raw local honey

blend ingredients in Vita Mix.
pour into 2 silicone muffin trays.
cool in fridge/freezer before serving.

zucchini noodles with pesto, tomato cucumber salad + raw sevillano olives

breakfast





















green smoothie:
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup young thai coconut meat
1/2 cup coconut water
1 T local organic bee pollen
1 T maca powder
apple mint
sorrel

combine all ingredients in Vita Mix.

green smoothie:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 T local organic bee pollen
1 T maca powder
1 T raw organic extra-virgin coconut oil
1/2 cup water
several leaves bok choy

combine all ingredients in Vita Mix.

dinner





















zucchini noodles with pesto + tomato cucumber salad

pesto:
1 cup fresh parsley leaves
1 T fresh oregano
1 T fresh thyme
1 T fresh chives
3 T lemon juice
zest of one lemon
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup raw pecans (soaked)
1/2 t salt

grind pecans to a meal in food processor.
add all ingredients except oil and puree.
slowly add oil until smooth.

julienne zucchini into 1/8" noodles with mandoline.
marinate in olive oil with a pinch of pink himalayan salt.
gently toss with pesto.

snack




















raw pecans (soaked) with pink himalayan salt

breakfast





















green juice:
2 medium cucumbers, peeled
1 lime, peeled

run ingredients through juicer.

combine juice in Vita Mix with handful of chocolate mint.
