24 oz green juice:
1 1/2 large cucumbers, with peel (unwaxed)
5 stalks celery with leaves
1/2 bunch dino kale
1 lemon, peeled
1 granny smith apple
run all ingredients through juicer.
strain to remove any remaining fine pulp.
stir in 1/2 t MSM crystals.
